An easy comfort meal for tonight. For the curry I (Celina) used the Tikka Masala sauce of Patak’s.
Start the curry with cooking the chicken and a few unions, add some spices that you like in your curry. My favourites are cayenne pepper, cumin seeds, turmeric and some Mrs. H. S. Balls Original Recipe Chutney. If you like you can add some leek to the mix if you want. Add the Tikka Masala sauce when the chicken is cooked and let it simmer for at least half an hour, the longer the better it will taste! Tip: next day it will taste even better! (And spicier..) I topped the curry off with some chopped cashew nuts, tomatoes in balsamic vinegar and naan bread on the side.
