Hidden Hamburger

A spontaneous lunch idea by Celina! The beauty of the Hidden Hamburger is that from a first glance, you would not say there is a hamburger lurking behind the salady goodness.

Dark, whole wheat bread with seeds was the choice of today’s sandwich. The salady goodness included;

•Rocket
•Mozzarella
•Cucumber
•Tomato
•Sprinkle of Feta

The hamburger was cooked with some onions beforehand, once the burger was built, a generous squeeze of barbeque sauce was drizzled on top.
